Discs labeled Disc 1 / Disc 2 / Disc 3 / Disc 4 Each disc labeled with tracks and timing. Disc 2 Track 5 “Where The Bands Are” in thicker print to highlight as push track.

Separate sourced advance of general release tri‐fold box included (no booklet) with info blurb
(K 69475‐S1 code) pasted onto front cover and “For Display Purposes Only Contains No Compact Discs” stickered over bar code on back.
