Annotazione

This is a CD reissue of the original LP, a hardback book with a sleeve for the jewel case in it. The notes provided with the LP are reproduced in the hardback book exactly. The barcode and release date is from the jewel case; it's not credited anywhere else.

The book is clearly intended for libraries and such as there is a Dewey Decimal System catalogue number on the spine of the hardcover book. There is a 'spine' image added to the cover art which shows this but it can be reproduced here:
