DREAM OF A FAR LIGHT is a science fiction song cycle written by Barry Childs-Helton, set in an epoch when Lightships set out for the stars from an exhausted, crowded Earth. This CD contains the first complete performance of the song cycle (a portion of the cycle debuted in concert by The Black Book Band at OVFF 14 in 1998).
