Annotation
First issued in an 4‐pane digipak slipped into a plastic cover
Plastic slipcase was then replaced by a tape (obi) “DELUXE Edition” sticker all around the lower part of digipak and a black promo sticker on the front.
Then a third version with the same digipak and black promo sticker but small “DELUXE Edition” sticker was issued.
Some were apparently even sold without any “DELUXE Edition” sticker.
Contains a 20‐page booklet.
Some booklets have pages in wrong order, refer to this edit note and to Cover Art tab to see in what direction you would have to flip sheets over to get back to normal page order.
