Disc is manufactured by Digital Audio Technologies Australia, has a logo on the disc face, and the disc matrix also has the D.A.T.A. logo.

NB: note that the release date (year) is estimated based on two other Faith No More reissues that look to be pressed around the same time as they have the same licensees, manufacturers and pressing plant, with very similar matrix data layout, and the same mastering SID code (IFPIL311) & mould SID code (ifpi 2661). Those releases both have known dates of 1999.
