NOTE 1: Release Date

I added the release date according to the year that is written on "Ekseption Plays Bach" when two songs of this release were published (1970). Might be wrong, the discography on the official homepage says it was released in 1968, and this release is a "special edition" for the Deutscher Schallplattenclub.

NOTE 2: Composer Relationships

Sorry for the "composed"-Relationships, unfortunately it is the best way to show it. I added the relationships as it is written on the back. For example it is written:

On Sunday They Will Kill The World
Prelude In C Sharp-Minor
(S. Rachmaninoff/W. Luikinga/
arr. R. v. d. Linden - 3:26)

I don't know what job W. Luikinga has done on this track, but I just added him as composer. Maybe someone who knows can change it to make it better...? Maybe something about this one is mentioned in the Dutch wikipedia article about W. Luikinga? Dunno.
